Ordering
What is the minimum order for custom air pillows?
Custom-printed runs start at about one pallet (roughly 24 cases). Unprinted stock film is available from a single case, and small pilot runs are quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We run into the millions of pillows for 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and national shipping programs.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can provide film samples and pre-production print proofs so you can confirm gauge, size, and artwork before the full run.
Can I mix film types or pillow sizes in one order?
Yes. Combine styles and sizes from our range to hit volume pricing on a single order.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, film, and gauge specs on file so reorders match exactly.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are preferred. If you only have a photo or PNG, our designers recreate print-ready artwork for free.
I do not have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers build print-ready artwork from a reference, sketch, or description at no charge.
Can you match my brand Pantone colors?
Yes. Custom Pantone matching is available so your printed film matches your brand palette.
How many print colors can I have?
One to four spot colors, or full-color process printing across the film, depending on the style.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions until you approve the proof, always free.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
Standard production is 2 to 3 weeks from your approved mockup, with rush options for firm deadlines.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush production is available for firm deadlines. Share your in-hands date and we will confirm what is possible.
Do the pillows ship inflated or flat?
Your choice. We can ship pre-inflated by the case, or flat on perforated rolls for you to inflate on your own machine.
Are your air pillows machine-compatible?
Yes. Our roll film fits common on-demand inflation systems. Tell us your machine and we will match the perforation and web width.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
What if my order arrives defective or wrong?
If product arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items. See our Return Policy.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom air pillows cost?
Pricing is by quote. Typical ranges run from about $0.02 to $0.16 per pillow depending on style, film, size, and print. Each product page shows its range.
Why do you not list exact prices?
Price depends on film, pillow size, print, and quantity. A quote is the only accurate number, and it is free within one business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, ACH, and purchase-order terms for established businesses.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes, on comparable custom void-fill. If you have a like-for-like quote, share it and we will match or beat it where we can.
Product & Care
What are the pillows made of?
Recyclable HDPE and LDPE film, with recycled-content and biodegradable or compostable options available.
Are they recyclable?
Yes. Most of our films are #4 LDPE, recyclable at store drop-off. Biodegradable and compostable films are available for greener programs.
How should I store the film and pillows?
Keep rolls and cases dry and out of direct sunlight. The film is stable for long-term storage and will not degrade on the shelf.
