Because every order is custom-printed and made to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom air pillow orders.
Our production guarantee
We stand behind what we make. If your order arrives defective, or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected product at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors in manufacturing or fulfillment.
Why we work this way
The free mockup and approval step exists precisely so you sign off on film, size, and print before anything goes into production. Nothing is manufactured until you approve the proof, which protects you from surprises and lets us hold low minimums and fast turnarounds.
Reporting an issue
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. Email george@customairpillows.com or call (929) 605-4397 and we will make it right.
