Shipping Policy
Every order from Custom Air Pillows is custom-made to your approved specifications, so shipping timelines begin once your mockup is approved and production is complete.
Production & dispatch
Standard production typically runs about 2 to 3 weeks from the date you approve your mockup, after which your order is dispatched. Rush production is available on request for firm deadlines. These are estimated timelines and can vary by order size, film, and current volume.
Shipping costs & methods
Shipping is quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and confirmed with your final quote. We ship inflated by the case or flat on rolls; palletized freight is used for larger programs. Carrier selection varies by order and destination.
Delivery estimates
Transit times are estimates only and depend on carrier, destination, and conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Where possible we provide tracking once your order ships.
International
We ship nationwide across the United States and can arrange international shipping on request. Duties, taxes, and customs timelines for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
