Small Parcel Air Pillows

Small parcel air pillows solve a problem that trips up a lot of packing lines: what to do with the little gaps. When a product ships in a poly mailer, a jewelry box, a phone-sized carton, or a slim subscription box, a standard 8-inch pillow is far too big and ends up folded, crammed, or cut. The 4×4″ and 4×8″ formats are built for exactly these cavities, filling the void snugly without overstuffing the pack and without the packer fighting the material.

Because these pillows are small and you use a lot of them, per-piece economics matter more here than anywhere else. A lighter gauge and a tight perforation pitch mean you get an enormous piece count per case and per pallet, which keeps the cost per parcel down to a couple of cents even for very high-volume shippers. That is the advantage over improvising with a cut-down large pillow or a wad of paper: you are placing the right amount of cushion, once, and moving on, rather than wasting material and station time on every order.

Even at this size the film is engineered to hold its air through the whole journey, so a mailer that leaves your dock plump does not arrive flat. Custom print still applies beautifully. On small formats we recommend a single clean logo per pillow face rather than a busy repeat, and that one mark is often the first branded thing a customer sees when they open a small package, which is a disproportionately valuable moment for jewelry, cosmetics, and boutique goods.
